- because of the live nature of plants, jarvie flora does not currently offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless of course what you received is not what you ordered- if this happens, please reach out to us immediately and we will exchange the plant, along with a huge apology!
- please ensure that what you ordered is what you want, particularly with respect to size, colour, variety and most importantly, quantity
- sale and discounted items are considered final sale
- please note: jarvie flora reserves the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, and if payment has been processed, we will refund you the full amount of the purchase price
